Key Responsibilities:

Video Production:

· Plan, script, and create high-quality videos featuring our real estate listings, company updates, market trends, client testimonials, and educational content.

· Conduct property tours, interviews, and on-site shoots to capture compelling visuals and narratives.

YouTube Channel Management:

· Upload and schedule videos on our YouTube channel, ensuring consistency in posting frequency.

· Optimize video titles, descriptions, and thumbnails to attract and retain viewers.

· Engage with viewers through comments, live streams, and community posts to build a loyal audience.

SEO and Marketing:

· Conduct keyword research to identify high-traffic and relevant search terms for our target audience.

· Implement SEO best practices to improve video rankings and discoverability on YouTube.

· Collaborate with the marketing team to align video content with broader marketing campaigns and strategies.

· Stay updated on the latest YouTube algorithm changes, SEO trends, and industry best practices.
