Learning and Development:

Training Programs: Participate in various training sessions, workshops, and seminars to gain knowledge about the company, its products/services, and the industry.

Mentorship: Work under the guidance of experienced managers and mentors to gain insights and advice.

Practical Experience:

Project Management: Assist in planning, executing, and managing projects under the supervision of senior staff.

Customer Interaction: Engage with customers to understand their needs and gather feedback for product/service improvement.

Analytical and Administrative Tasks:

Data Analysis: Analyse data and prepare reports to support decision-making processes.

Market Research: Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitor analysis.

Documentation: Maintain and organise documentation, including meeting minutes, project plans, and performance reports.

Communication and Collaboration:

Team Meetings: Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and discussions to contribute ideas and learn from others.

Contributions to Organisational Goals:

Innovation: Suggest and implement innovative ideas to improve processes, products, or services.

Efficiency Improvement: Identify areas where efficiency can be improved and recommend solutions.

Support Management: Provide support to senior management in executing strategic initiatives and achieving business objectives.
