Job Title: Social Media Strategist

The Social Media Strategist will work closely with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals and business objectives.

Responsibilities:

Strategy Development:Develop comprehensive and innovative social media strategies aligned with overall marketing and business objectives.
Conduct market research and stay informed about industry trends to inform strategy development.
Define target audience segments and tailor strategies to effectively reach and engage them.

Content Planning and Creation: Create engaging and shareable content across various social media platforms.
Collaborate with content creators, designers, and other team members to produce high-quality, visually appealing content.
Implement content calendars to ensure a consistent posting schedule.

Community Engagement:Foster and grow a vibrant online community through active engagement and communication.
Monitor social media channels for brand mentions and respond in a timely and appropriate manner.
Implement strategies to encourage user-generated content and community participation.

Performance Analytics: Utilize analytics tools to measure the performance of social media campaigns and strategies.
Provide regular reports with key performance indicators (KPIs) and actionable insights.
Adjust strategies based on data-driven analysis to optimize performance.

Collaboration and Coordination: Work collaboratively with marketing, communications, and other relevant teams to ensure social media efforts align with broader marketing initiatives.
Coordinate social media campaigns with product launches, events, and other promotional activities.

Stay Informed: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in social media marketing.
Provide recommendations for adopting new tools or platforms to enhance social media efforts.
