Full job description
To develop and execute social media strategies across platforms like Instagram, Meta, Google, Pinterest, LinkedIn, YouTube, website, and SEO aligned with the overall marketing activities.
Plan, produce and publish engaging content across platforms, in line with the content calendar and handle the budget allocated for these platforms.
Monitor content performance, analyse performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversion rates, and customer feedback), and optimize content to achieve KPIs.
Organise, coordinate, and collaborate with various agencies to get content and shoots for digital platforms.
Engage with our online community through timely responses, relevant engagement from the brand's handle.
Maintain and update the website and optimise the landing pages regularly based on data analysis.
Run e-commerce campaigns and develop A+ pages for products.
Stay updated on the latest social media trends, features, tools and updates.
Good editing, writing, communication, and analytical skills.
