Social Media Intern
1. Manage all enquires on social media platforms such as Instagram & Facebook in a timely manner. Key to this task is to identify the potential customers from the window shoppers.
2. Alert the team members once an order is placed..
4. Ensuring that all complaints are dealt with in a timely manner.
5. Plan out new content strategies for customer engagement.
7. Upload posts and stories every day. Creating Content calendar is a must.
6. Collecting near and website reviews from online orders and walk in clients.
7. Also collect video reviews from as many clients as possible.
8. Content writing skills is mandatory.
