We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales and Marketing Executive to join in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in medical device sales. The role involves promoting and selling our medical devices to healthcare professionals and institutions, ensuring the achievement of sales targets, and contributing to our growth and success.

Responsibilities
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking and visits
• Participate in industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote our products.
• Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to management.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues

Qualifications
• MBA degree in Marketing
• 2-3 years of prior experience as a Sales executive, preferably in Urology medical device field
• Proficiency in English
• Excellent knowledge of MS office
• Quick learner and passion for sales
• Self-motivated with results-driven approach
