· Overview

Xcel Marketing is a leading provider of financial solutions, specializing in car loans, business loans, and other financial products. We are seeking a highly motivated Tele Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales.

· Key Responsibilities-:

Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to pitch car loans, business loans, and other financial products.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan options based on their financial profile.

Build rapport with customers to establish trust and enhance the sales process.

Explain loan terms, interest rates, and repayment options clearly and comprehensively.

Follow up with leads and maintain a high level of customer service throughout the sales cycle.

Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.

Stay updated with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings to effectively position Xcel Marketing's products.

· Qualifications & Requirements-:

Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in telesales, preferably in the financial services industry.

Graduates or 12th-pass candidates with a strong track record in sales and good communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in

Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes is a plus.

Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with a customer-centric approach.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
