Responsibilities:
• Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Support the onboarding process to facilitate a seamless integration of new hires into the organization.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and assist in fulfilling them in a timely manner.
• Contribute to the development of training materials and resources for employee development programs.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate information and ensure data integrity
