Job Description

Profile : Customer care executive (CCE)

Process : US Inbound

Shift : Night Shift

Time : +:00pm to 6:00Am

Off : Roster Off

Location : Mohan Estate, near to Sarita Vihar, South Delhi

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Handle incoming customer call.

- Resolve their computer, printer and scanner related queries.

- Clarify Customer requirements; probe for and confirm understanding of requirements or problem.

- Have to do upsell as well.

Working days - 6 days.
