Project Associate

Job Description: • Operations and Strategy • Lead Project Management within Assessments with complete ownership of a project. • Carry out test design and development end-to-end ensuring quality and timelines. • Lead meetings, communications and relationship management with clients. • Manage Ei’s internal information and knowledge repositories. • Ensure error-free deliverables like assessment tools, analyses aligned to project requirements. • Large Scale Assessments, Capacity Building and Technical Transformation • Manage activities related to capacity building of education officials and practitioners. • Create workshop training material and collateral including videos, manuals and other content. • Create and execute large scale benchmarking and diagnostics assessments. • Organizational Development • Ensure capacity building and training of the team through regular learning and development. • Expand the scope of projects by high quality dissemination- States Interaction, working papers etc. • Travel for the project needs and documenting trip reports of the same appropriately Must Have Skills: • At least 3 years of experience in the field of education, with a background working with Govt stakeholders. • Experience writing reports and (or) concept notes, preparing Presentations. Good to have: Prior experience in implementation of large scale assessment programs backed by a background in examination reform and curriculum. Knowledge, Experience & Qualification: • Graduates/ Post Graduates in Management, Operations, Education, Humanities or Sciences or preferred. • 3-5 years of experience, some of it working with the government preferably in delivering large-scale education programs. • Fluent in written and verbal communications especially presentations, high quality report writing etc. • Experience in handling data and analysis.
