Security Guard Trainer

We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Security Guard Trainer to join our team. The Security Guard Trainer will be responsible for developing and conducting training programs to educate security personnel on various aspects of security protocols, procedures, and techniques. The ideal candidate will have a background in security services, excellent communication skills, and a passion for imparting knowledge. This position plays a vital role in ensuring the effectiveness and professionalism of our security team.

Responsibilities:
• Develop comprehensive training programs for security personnel covering topics such as security procedures, emergency response protocols, use of security equipment, and relevant legal regulations.
• Conduct engaging and informative training sessions for new hires and existing security staff.
• Utilize a variety of training methods, including classroom instruction, hands-on demonstrations, role-playing exercises, and multimedia presentations.
• Customize training programs to address the specific needs and requirements of different client sites or security assignments.
• Assess training needs through regular evaluation and feedback mechanisms, and update training materials and programs accordingly.
• Stay current with developments in security technology, trends, and best practices, and incorporate relevant updates into training programs.
• Provide guidance and support to security personnel to enhance their performance and professional development.
• Collaborate with management and other stakeholders to ensure alignment of training objectives with organizational goals and priorities.
• Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and performance evaluations.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the security team.

Requirements:
• Proven experience working in the security industry, with a background in security operations, law enforcement, or military preferred.
• Demonstrated expertise in security procedures, risk assessment, crisis management, and related topics.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey information to diverse audiences.
• Excellent presentation skills and the ability to engage and motivate trainees.
• Familiarity with instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies.
• Proficiency in using training aids and technology, including multimedia presentations, simulation tools, and e-learning platforms.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage training schedules, materials, and records effectively.
• Certification or licensure in security-related fields (e.g., Certified Security Trainer) preferred but not required.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and requirements in a dynamic environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
