Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a VTL Operator at CHW Forge Private Limited in Ghaziabad. The VTL Operator will be responsible for day-to-day operations related to the Vertical Turret Lathe (VTL). This includes setting up and operating the machine, monitoring and adjusting machine settings as needed, ensuring proper machining processes, and maintaining production efficiency and quality standards.

Qualifications
• Minimum Experience 4 Year operating Vertical Turret Lathe (VTL) or similar CNC machines
• Knowledge of machining processes and procedures
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Familiarity with precision measuring instruments and gauges
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in machining operations
• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
• Prior experience in a forging or metal manufacturing industry is a plus
• Technical certification or diploma in machining or related field
