MERN Stack Developer

We are seeking an experienced MERN Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in developing web applications using the MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js, HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, Bootstrap, SASS) stack. As a MERN Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining software applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features, and ensuring the overall responsiveness, performance, and scalability of applications.

Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and implement web-based applications using the MERN stack.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Implement security and data protection measures.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
• Mentor junior developers.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a MERN Stack Developer or similar role.
• Proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5, CSS3.
• Knowledge of creating and using APIs.
• Familiarity with front-end build tools.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Contributions to open-source projects would be a plus
