Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Tele-Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a Tele-Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for outbound calling to generate leads and schedule appointments with potential clients. Your primary focus will be on promoting our products/services, articulating value propositions, and nurturing leads through the sales funnel.

Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to prospects to generate leads and schedule appointments.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads through effective lead generation techniques.
Communicate product/service features and benefits persuasively to prospects.
Listen to customer needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.
Document all interactions and appointments accurately in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
Meet and exceed weekly/monthly targets for lead generation and appointment setting.
Requirements:

Proven experience in tele-marketing or outbound sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
Excellent communication skills with a confident and persuasive phone manner.
Ability to build rapport quickly and effectively with prospects.
Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills.
Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed targets.
Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
High school diploma; Bachelor's degree preferred.
