1. Executive assistant to M.D

3. Travel arrangements – Ticketing and Hotels

4. Data collection from job sites and its formatting/analysis

5. Purchases, purchases of repetitive nature may be handled independently. In addition may be required to research products required for purchase and assist senior in the purchase process.

6. Online research

7. Required to coordinate between different department and different location to collect of different kinds and may be daily or weekly or monthly.

8. Knowledge of advanced MS excel and word.

Company Details Mideast Pipeline Products is a medium-size Construction Company, currently working in the field of construction and laying of Oil & Gas Pipelines. We have over 50 years of experience. Our project headquarters is in New Delhi, New Friends Colony, it is the base from where operations are overseen. Our Corporate Headquarters are in Kolkata. In terms of field work we are currently working in Jorhat and Duliajan in Assam, Rajahmundry in Andhra Pradesh and Siliguri in West Bengal. Some of the companies we are currently working with are GAIL India Ltd, OIL India Ltd, Assam Gas Company, DNP Ltd., IOCL.

In 1+68 the pipeline construction division was started, initially for laying oil/gas collector lines in the oil fields of Gujarat and later expanded for the execution of pipeline works in the different parts of the country extensively covering west,east,north-east, north and south India. Now, not only are we in the construction of cross country pipelines and suspension bridges but we're also carrying out river crossings by open cut and hydro-static testing works for our own pipeline work as well as for the clients and other contractors as a specialist agency.
