Main Responsibilities:

Proactively contact potential leads to inform them about the company's upcoming webinars.
Utilize provided scripts to engage both existing and prospective leads effectively.
Ensure timely follow-up with leads to confirm their attendance at scheduled webinars.
Engage leads in conversation to understand their needs, preferences, and specifications.
Provide prompt resolution to queries and issues related to the webinars, maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times.
Accurately record details of all phone calls made, including outcomes and next steps.
Regularly update and maintain the lead database with accurate and current information.
Qualifications and Skills:

Proficiency in English and Kannada is mandatory. Fluency in any three additional languages among Telugu, Tamil, and Hindi is preferred.
Freshers from any educational background are encouraged to apply.
Age between 20-30 years.
Basic computer skills, including familiarity with MS Office suite and data entry.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate information clearly and effectively.
