Job Description

We are a leading recruitment company in Sri Lanka and Our client is a leading FMCG company head office based in Colombo. They are no 1 in the industry that they operate and now have started its new manufacturing and distribution channels in India is looking for a HR and Admin Consultant join their fast growing team.

Below is the summery of the Job Description.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in HR and administrative management, with a proven track record in establishing and managing HR systems, policies, and teams in a start-up or expansion environment.

Strategic HR Plan

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. Identify and analyze workforce requirements to support the company’s growth plan

Recruitment and On board

Oversee the recruitment process to attract, hire, and retain top talent. Design and implement effective onboarding programs to ensure new employees are integrated smoothly.

Policy Development

Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures.Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.

Performance Management

Design and implement performance management systems to ensure employee performance aligns with business goals.Provide guidance on performance evaluations and development

Plans.Employee Relations

Foster a positive working environment through effective employee relations programs. Handle employee grievances and disputes in a fair and timely manner

Training and Development

Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and career development. Oversee the delivery of training programs Oversee the delivery of training programme

Compensation and Benefits

Develop and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs.Conduct periodic salary surveys and make recommendations for adjustments

Administrative Functions.

Office Setup and Management

Oversee the setup of office infrastructure and facilities.Ensure the smooth day-to-day running of office operations.

Administrative Support:

Manage administrative services including office supplies, equipment maintenance, and vendor management.Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping.

Health and Safety:

Implement health and safety policies and procedures.Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.

IT and Security:

Oversee IT infrastructure and ensure data security measures are in place. Coordinate with IT support for any technical issues.

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.

Experience:

Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in HR and administrative

roles.Proven track record in setting up HR and administrative functions in a start-up or expansion environment.Experience in the FMCG sector is highly desirable
