individual who possesses ability to understand prospects, and recommend the right products to

drive sales.

Responsibilities

 Create a sales pipeline & convert leads to meet and exceed targets

 Complete daily conversations goal through outbound calls on allocated leads

 Guide students/parents for GMAT /GRE/IELTS/SAT and Admission Consulting to enroll them

in the relevant coaching/preparation programs

 Upselling & cross-selling relevant CL offerings

 Ensure process compliance and timely reporting.

 Demonstrate a strong customer service orientation in all spheres of activities.

 Handle escalations and ensure client satisfaction in issue resolution.

 You have done some selling in the past and want to learn how to get outstanding in sales

Qualifications

 Bachelors in any field

 Excellent communication (oral and written), conversation, negotiation skills

 Willingness to continuously learn about colleges/universities abroad.
