Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Factory Manager at our Madurantakam location. As the Factory Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the production facility. This includes production planning, quality control, and production management. You will also be responsible for managing the overall operations of the factory and ensuring efficient manufacturing processes.

Qualifications
• Experience in production planning, quality control, and production management
• Strong understanding of operations management and manufacturing operations
• Excellent leadership and decision-making skills
• Ability to manage and motivate a team
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Experience in the garment industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
