As a Telemarketing Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and creating business opportunities through effective phone-based marketing campaigns. Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Calls: Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote our real estate properties and services.

Lead Qualification: Identify and qualify leads through thorough research and analysis.

Database Management: Build and maintain a database of potential clients and prospects.

Campaign Execution: Develop and execute telemarketing campaigns to generate interest and secure appointments for sales representatives.

Sales Pitches: Deliver persuasive sales pitches over the phone to potential customers.

Follow-Up: Follow up with leads and nurture relationships to turn them into sales opportunities.

Reporting: Provide detailed and accurate reports on telemarketing activities and results to management.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum of 0-1 year of experience in telemarketing or sales role, preferably in the real estate industry.

Skills:

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.

Proficient in using telemarketing software and CRM systems.
