Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Office Executive located in Chennai. The Front Office Executive is responsible for receptionist duties, maintaining the front office, and providing excellent customer service to clients who walk in. The Front Office Executive is also responsible for handling calls and emails, arranging meetings, and maintaining records.

Qualifications

Interpersonal Skills, Communication, and Customer Service skills
Experience with Front Office duties
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Tamil
Positive attitude and professional demeanour
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus
WAKIN INTERVIEWS - 10.30am - 4pm from monday to saturday

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
