Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Officer located in Katni. The Relationship Officer will be responsible for managing business relationships, providing financial advice, maintaining and enhancing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role involves interacting with customers, assessing their financial needs, promoting banking products and services, and providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications
• Business Relationship Management, Finance, and Sales skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong interpersonal and networking abilities
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
• Proven sales and target achievement experience
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
• Knowledge of banking products and services
• Experience in the banking or financial industry is a plus
