Urgently we're looking for a Diagnostic Cluster Manager

Area Locations: 1. Baruipur - Jaynagar - Amtala , 2. Basirhat - Hasnabad - Ghatakpukur

Salary : Up to 80k/month(No bar for right candidate) + DA + Incentive

Skill Set: Revenue Driven, Target Oriented, Proficient in Operations and Marketing, Goal Achiever, Team Handling

Responsibilities:
• Have a good Doctor Database within the location. can take care of diagnostics and OPD operations & sales.
• Management of all services on-site, both hard and soft services.
• Provide direction and expertise to the operating area by promoting MYMD strategies and best business practices in order to uphold the Company mission and values
• Motivate and lead a high-performing team to achieve their objectives and the ‘Go for Growth’ strategy
• Responsible for the smooth process of operations.
• Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
• Lead Business and Operations of the clinics, Responsible for P&L (Head Centre responsibility).

Kindly Note: We need someone who has work in Diagnostic and Lab Setup
