Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and implement ETL processes using IBM DataStage.
• Create, maintain, and optimize DataStage jobs for efficient data extraction, transformation, and loading.
• Troubleshoot and resolve DataStage job issues, focusing on performance tuning and data integrity.
• Collaborate with data architects and business analysts to translate requirements into DataStage solutions.
• Ensure data quality and integrity throughout the ETL process.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
• Participate in code reviews, design sessions, and technical discussions.
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for ETL processes.
• Support production deployments and post-production activities.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 6-8 years of experience in developing ETL processes using IBM DataStage.
• Strong understanding of data integration concepts, ETL methodologies, and best practices.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, DB2).
• Experience with various data formats (e.g., XML, JSON, CSV) and data transformation techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Certification in IBM DataStage.
• Experience with cloud-based data integration platforms.
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and BI tools.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git
