Jr| Technician

Duties & Responsibilities :
• To assist oversees the day-to-day operations of the maintenance department.
• Evaluates systems or facilities to determine maintenance or repairs that need to be performed.
• Perform minor building, HVAC, plumbing, electrical and painting repairs as necessary.
• Implement preventative maintenance measures.
• Arrange for routine maintenance in hotel rooms, lobbies and facilities (e.g. kitchens, tennis courts)
• Perform minor building, HVAC, plumbing, electrical and painting repairs as necessary.
• Implement preventative maintenance measures.
• Maintain inventory of repair equipment and supplies.
• Inspect hotel regularly to ensure it meets safety standards.
• Respond quickly in the event of an emergency, notify appropriate personnel and follow safety protocol.
• Perform other maintenance duties as requested.

Qualification & Experience :
• Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician in a Hotel / Mall etc.
• In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations
• Familiarity with plumbing, electrical, sewer and HVAC systems; hotel industry experience is a plus
• Basic Administrative skills.
• Ability to spot safety risks and address needs quickly
• Problem-solving aptitude
• Diploma or equivalent degree from a vocational school with minimum of 1 year years of Experience in the same role.
• Hotel experience will be consider as an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
