Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Head to lead our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in 8-15 years in HR, preferably with few years of experience working in a startup. As the HR Head, you will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, including recruitment, payroll, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance.

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Oversee recruitment efforts to attract top talent, including designing job descriptions, conducting interviews, and implementing effective selection processes to ensure the company has the right people in key positions. Manage compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness in the industry while balancing the company's budgetary constraints and maintaining equity among employees.
• Develop plans and policies for matters such as employee compensation, benefits, health, and safety, etc.
• Develop and implement strategies for performance evaluation, staffing, training, and development, etc.
• Supervise HR personnel and provide expert guidance.
• Oversee all the HR activities, initiatives, systems, and tactics.
• Ensure compliance with all the legal aspects applicable.
• Maintain and coordinate all activities within the HR department.
• Ensure compliance with all internal policies and standards.
• Ensure grievance redressal and invoke disciplinary actions when required.
• Strategise programs and policies to enhance employee growth and satisfaction.
• Oversee the recruitment process to attract and retain top talent.
• Develop and implement talent management strategies, including succession planning and career development.
• Promote a positive work environment and foster employee engagement.
• Address employee grievances and resolve conflicts in a timely and effective manner.
• Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and career development.
• Oversee payroll administration and ensure accurate and timely processing.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team.

Qualifications and Skills:
• Post Graduation degree or MBA in Human Resources
• 8-15 years of experience in HR management
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work strategically and collaboratively across departments.
• Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
