Job Description -

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an

influencer onboarding Intern. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining

accurate and up-to-date records of creators and influencers across various

categories and niches. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation

of our influencer marketing campaigns by managing influencer data and

coordinating communications.

Key Responsibilities -

1. Create and maintain individual sheets for creators and influencers,

organising them by categories and niches.

2. Regularly update influencer data with accurate and latest details, including

contact information, demographics, and engagement metrics.

3. Reach out to influencers to gather information about their commercials and

availability for potential campaigns.

4. Coordinate with the influencer relations team to ensure timely and effective

communication with influencers.

5. Assist in organising and categorising influencer content for easy reference

and retrieval.

6. Provide support to the influencer relations team in other administrative

tasks as needed.

Qualifications -

1. Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program, preferably in Marketing,

Communications, or a related field.

2. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

3. Excellent organizational and time management skills.

4. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

5. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.

6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

7. Interest in influencer marketing and digital media is a plus
