ESTIMATION & QUOTATION EXECUTIVES

Job description

As a Showroom Sales & Estimation Executive you'll need to be estimating & Preparing

Quotations for sales. Processing the Purchase for the Approved quotations. Ensuring

payments, amounts, and records are correct. Working with spreadsheets, sales, and purchase

ledgers and journals. Recording and filing cash transactions. Controlling credit and chasing

debt.

Duties & Responsibilities

 Responsible for showroom sales by providing the customers with required products

 Preparation of quotations based on measurements taken.

 Follow up on the quotations with the customers.

 Handling communications with customers and vendors for purchase processing.

 Checking Stock Register (Google Drive Excel Sheet)

 Prepare Sales Bill.

 Maintaining Approved Quotation MIS and update in Drive

 Preparation of inquiry list & updating the sales team.

Requirement

 Bachelor's degree in a related field with a minimum of 3-5 years of work experience.

 Proficiency with computers and bookkeeping software, strong typing skills.

 Exceptional time management and verbal and written communication skills.

 Professional manner and a strong ethical code.

 Ability to multitask and remain motivated and positive.

 Commitment to working efficiently and accurately.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
