Job Description:

As a Blood Sample Collector at Max Lab in Gurugram, your main job is to take blood samples from patients for testing. You'll need to make sure you get the right information from patients, use the correct methods to collect blood, and prepare samples to be sent for testing. You'll also need to give results to doctors and other healthcare staff.

Responsibilities:
• Check that patients are who they say they are by looking at their documents.
• Find out why the patient needs their blood taken by asking them about their medical history.
• Get the right equipment ready and choose the best way to collect blood.
• Take blood from patients using a needle in their arm or a small prick on their finger.
• Use machines to test the blood if needed.
• Label the samples correctly and get them ready to be sent to the lab.
• Make sure each patient's blood matches their information.
• Give the test results to doctors and other staff quickly.

Requirements:
• Diploma or certificate in blood collection or similar field.
• Understand how to correctly identify patients.
• Know the rules about handling blood and using equipment.
• Good at using needles safely and properly.
• Understand how to use testing machines.
• Good at using your hands and eyes together.
• Able to talk and write well.
