Job Title: Security Guard

Location: Madurai

Reports To: Security Supervisor / Facility Manager

Job Summary: The Security Guard is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the premises, assets, staff, and visitors. This role involves monitoring and patrolling assigned areas, responding to security incidents, and enforcing company policies and regulations to prevent illegal activities and ensure a safe environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Surveillance and Monitoring:
• Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems.
• Conduct regular patrols of the premises to detect and prevent security breaches.
• Access Control:
• Control access to the premises by checking identification, issuing visitor badges, and maintaining visitor logs.
• Ensure only authorized personnel enter restricted areas.
• Incident Response:
• Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, including emergencies such as fire, medical issues, or threats.
• Investigate and report suspicious activities, security breaches, and safety hazards.
• Reporting and Documentation:
• Maintain detailed records of observations, incidents, and actions taken.
• Prepare and submit security reports as required.
• Customer Service:
• Assist and direct visitors, employees, and contractors in a professional and courteous manner.
• Provide information and support as needed while maintaining security protocols.
• Safety and Emergency Procedures:
• Enforce safety regulations and company policies.
• Participate in emergency drills and training sessions.
• Assist in evacuation procedures during emergencies.
• Team Collaboration:
• Work closely with other security personnel and law enforcement agencies when necessary.
• Attend and participate in security briefings and meetings.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
