Junior Telecaller

Responsibilities:

- Provide counselling to prospective candidates regarding our language training programs and job opportunities abroad.

-Assist candidates in understanding the program requirements, eligibility criteria, and application procedures.

-Stay updated with industry trends and program updates to provide accurate information to candidates.

-Conduct follow-up calls and emails to keep candidates engaged and informed.

- Establish partnerships with educational institutes to promote courses and programs, coordinating promotional events and collaborative initiatives.

- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including educational institutes, industry professionals, and potential students.

- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels.

- Analyze performance and provide insights for improvement.
