Job Description
As a Bartender at Fairmont Mumbai, you will be an integral part of our pre-opening team, responsible for creating exceptional guest experiences through your passion for mixology and impeccable service delivery. Your role will encompass crafting and serving a diverse range of beverages, from classic cocktails to innovative creations, all while ensuring adherence to Fairmont’s high standards of quality and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and serve a wide variety of drinks with precision and consistency, maintaining exceptional presentation standards.
• Engage with guests to understand their preferences and provide recommendations based on their tastes.
• Uphold beverage recipes and techniques as per Fairmont standards, ensuring the highest quality of beverages at all times.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking supplies and equipment.
• Adhere to all beverage and safety regulations, promoting responsible alcohol consumption.
• Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.
• Actively participate in training sessions and continuous learning opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Qualifications
• Proven experience as a Bartender in a luxury hotel, resort, or high-volume establishment.
• Extensive knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and other beverages.
• Strong understanding of beverage costs and inventory management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for providing exceptional guest service.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, maintaining composure under pressure.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
