We are looking for an experienced individual as an Engineer for Manufacturing Engineering - Electric Machines to join our stellar ME Team.

Pre-requisites:

1. 2 -4 years’ experience in Process Setup for Electro-mechanical products, which includes Machine/ test equipment selection, installation & commissioning, design & development of gauges & fixtures.

2. Hands on knowledge of Creo

3. Knowledge of ISO +000 & IATF

Major Responsibilities

1. Production line setup for Electro-mechanical products and design & development of gauges & fixtures

2. Preparation of WI and formats

3. Preparation of PFMEA, RCA, CAPA, 8D for In-house & field rejection

4. Implementation of CAPA to avoid warranty failure

5. Should work on to improve productivity and reduce line rejections

6. Machine and equipment Maintenance Activity

7. Conduct trainings to line operators

8. Implementation Kaizen and Poka-yoke

+. Identify potential risks within production process & plan for risk mitigation

Managerial Skills and Experience

• Must possess excellent communication skill

• Understanding the needs & expectations of stakeholders

• Leadership skills

• Self-motivated and self-driven

• Ability to read/write English at a proficient level.

• Experience with MS Office

Education & Experience

• BE / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

• Minimum 3-4 years of experience.

The selection process will include an aptitude test plus interviews. There will be a focus on evaluation of the candidate’s understanding of technical, analytical & logical skills.
