Job Description: Maintenance Engineer
Responsibilities:
1. Lead the maintenance, repair, and upkeep of all equipment.
2. Manage accessories and auxiliary materials for equipment.
3. Plan and review the introduction of mechanical equipment, tooling, and fixtures for trial production projects.
4. Maintain mechanical equipment, tooling, and fixtures for mass production projects, focusing on improving UPH (units per hour), error rate, pass-through rate, and material utilization.
5. Develop and implement plans for automation, mechanical equipment management, technological transformation, and innovation optimization.
6. Review key parameters, thresholds, and inspection methods for CTQ (Critical to Quality) of mechanical equipment tooling.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in equipment maintenance and management.
- Strong understanding of mechanical equipment and tooling.
- Ability to plan and execute technological transformations and optimizations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
This position requires a proactive individual with a strong background in mechanical equipment maintenance and a passion for continuous improvement and innovation
