Executive - Video Editor & Graphic Designer

We are seeking a skilled and creative Video Editor and Graphic Designer with 1-2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong eye for detail, a passion for visual storytelling, and the ability to produce both static and dynamic content. This dual role involves creating engaging graphics and editing high-quality videos that align with our brand and marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Video Editing:
• Edit and produce videos for various platforms, including social media, websites, and promotional materials.
• Enhance raw video footage with music, dialogues, graphics, and effects.
• Collaborate with the creative team to understand project requirements and deliver polished video content.
• Stay updated with the latest video editing trends and techniques.

Graphic Design:
• Develop visually appealing graphics for social media, websites, print materials and advertisements.
• Maintain brand consistency across all visual assets.
• Work closely with marketing and product teams to understand project needs and provide creative input.
• Ensure all designs are consistent with the brand’s identity and guidelines.

Collaboration:
• Work collaboratively with other team members, including writers, marketers, and developers, to ensure cohesive visual storytelling.
• Accept and implement feedback from stakeholders to refine designs and video content.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work.

Skills & Qualifications:
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
• Strong skills in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or similar.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of video editing and graphic design work.
• Excellent understanding of video editing principles, design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Familiarity with web design and basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
• Knowledge of motion graphics and animation software (e.g., After Effects) is a plus.
• Understanding of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles is a plus.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.

Experience: 1-2 years of experience in video editing and graphic design, preferably within a marketing or creative agency environment.

Work Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Salary: 2.5 - 5 LPA
