What is the Job all about?

The role will apply a technical broad and deep knowledge base and customer understanding across functional Service areas and units such as Field, onsite or workshop repairs.

You will be directly reporting to the Head of Service Delivery and to be based in Pune, India.

Your main responsibilities:
• Disassemble, inspect, trouble shoot, repair and replace part and re-assemble pumps, pump systems and accessories in a field service or shop environment.
• Identify the root cause of mechanical, electrical and systematic failures.
• Responsible for Complaint Management thru Service App via handheld device/Laptop.
• Responsible for the Environmental, Health and Safety Program as outlined by the Health and Safety Manager and as required by local regulations.
• Interfaces with team leader and back office to ensure customers’ expectations are met.
• Provide advice to customers at pump and system/application level.
• Carry out risk assessment before each job.
• Conduct pump hydraulic tests, energy checks.
• Prepare quotes for out-of-warranty repairs.
• Assist leaders by identifying and providing solutions to service and warranty concerns.
• Write Service / FAS reports.
• Knows and understands department procedures and goals.
• Working on a variety of projects within a short period of time.
• Flexible with working hours in order to meet customers’ expectations,
• Comply with standard operational and working practices.

Your background:
• Engineering Degree or Diploma, with equivalent work experience of 4-5years
• Mechincal /Electical & Electronics
• Worked with customer service experiences
• Knowledge and Experience on Pumps & Pumping system & conversant with their vast applications
