Job Summary: The MIS Executive for the Gold Loan sector is responsible for managing and maintaining the Management Information System (MIS) to ensure efficient and effective data management, reporting, and analysis. The role involves coordinating with various departments to gather and analyze data, generate reports, and support decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Data Management:
• Collect, process, and manage data related to gold loans.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data entered into the MIS.
• Maintain databases and update records as needed.
• Reporting and Analysis:
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on gold loan performance.
• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
• Prepare and present reports to management and stakeholders.
• System Maintenance:
• Ensure the MIS is up-to-date and functioning efficiently.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with the MIS.
• Coordinate with IT to implement system upgrades and improvements.
• Coordination:
• Work closely with different departments (e.g., finance, operations, sales) to gather required data.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless data flow and reporting.
• Provide training and support to staff on MIS-related matters.
• Compliance and Security:
• Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and company policies.
• Implement and maintain data security measures.
• Regularly audit data to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Ad Hoc Projects:
• Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned.
• Provide support in data-driven decision-making processes.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience as an MIS Executive or similar role, preferably in the financial services sector.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint) and database management software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in the gold loan sector or financial services industry.
• Knowledge of gold loan products and services.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and business intelligence tools.
