Job Title: Senior Graphic Designer Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh Type: Full-Time | On Site
• Design Excellence: Create compelling and innovative visual design solutions that meet business, project, and design goals.
• Creative Leadership: Lead and inspire the design team with up-to-date knowledge of industry software and a professional approach to time, costs, and deadlines.
• Brand Development: Work closely with clients to develop and frame creative concepts according to creative brief requirements.
• Project Management: Manage design projects from concept through to completion.
• Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, on-brand graphic solutions to build a superior customer experience.
• Feedback Implementation: Incorporate feedback and take/give direction well to refine graphics, fonts, layouts, and the overall strength of the brand.
• Trend Analysis: Stay on top of graphic design trends to maintain freshness and relevance in all creative outputs.
• Design Quality: Deliver high-quality, on-brand design solutions that contribute to the agency’s creative reputation.
• Innovation: Introduce new and innovative design approaches and techniques.
• Efficiency: Streamline design processes to improve project turnaround times without compromising quality.
• Team Development: Mentor junior designers, helping them to enhance their design skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• 4-5 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in an agency setting.
• A strong portfolio that demonstrates expertise in graphic design, branding, and typography.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Experience with motion graphics and web design is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
