Job Description

Key Responsibilities
• Provide first-level support for Windows OS, MAC, Google Workspace
• Assist with the setup, configuration, and maintenance of desktops
• Assist with the basic configuration and troubleshooting of routers, switches, and other networking equipment
• Assist in setting up LAN/WAN connections, ensuring proper connectivity, and resolving network-related issues
• Implement and manage systems for employee time tracking and background checks
• Evaluate and recommend new systems and software solutions to enhance operational efficiency
• Oversee the delivery and setup of new laptops for employees, ensuring proper configuration and installation of necessary software
