Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sr. Operations Executive to join our team at WALLOP ADVERTISING PRIVATE LIMITED. As a Sr. Operations Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the operations and deliverables that are fulfilled in a timely and efficient manner. This includes coordinating with various teams, ensuring smooth project execution, and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as a strong attention to detail.

Roles and ResponsibilitiesOverseeing timely Printing & Mounting through vendors.Immediately taking Photos of campaigns live and submitting them to Sales.Finding new vantage sites on the shop and managing their payments and loyalty.Travelling to new locations and new cities for the Erection of hoarding and other operations work.Erecting Maintaining and Display of Hoarding Static and Digital-led signage.Managing In housework shop and labor works.Managing vendors and finding new vendors and their payments.Being on the Field with a bike 50%-70% of the time.24x7 availability for work.Negotiation with the vendors.Having a bike and license with good knowledge of Mumbai and Pune city.
Tasks and Activities:Team Management: Getting work done by the team and keeping them motivated. Coordinating work from various departments and being the point of contact between operations and all other departments.Field Work:Being on the field to erect new hoardings, carry out repair works, and carry out surveys with engineers, to check hoarding and media conditions and safety in Mumbai and Pune.Managing Vendors: After mail from sales is received to mount a campaign and coordinate 24x7 with labors to get the sites mounted and pictures clicked of the same on the same day to be sent to the client. Negotiating with new vendors and reducing company rates.Managing Labor: Arranging transportation for in-house labor and getting work done in a timely and cost-effective manner. Planning Labor Day to do other works of the company whenever required.Organizing & Managing Time: Make a work list daily and a work list weekly to be presented to the Operations Manager.Cost Management: Trying to do all operational work most cost-effectively. Negotiating with vendors like Reliance Jio, not like Kingfisher Airlines
