Required Engineer for the position of : Site in charge

Experienced needed for the post of Site in Charge: At least 12 years experienced required.

Job Description:

Complete execution, controlling of both structure and finishing work of Govt. project high rise commercial building including piling/pile cap work.

Sub contractor billing.

Client billing.

finalisation of sub contractor rates.

Client correspondence.

Attend weekly meetings.

Correspondence to in-house Head Office.

DPR preparations, preparation of work program.

Project monitoring.

Shortfall analysis.

Distribution of work regularly to all concerned staff and monitoring.

Site cash requirement controlling etcetera.

Job location: Kaliyaganj North East.

Salary offered: As per Industry and 10 to 20% hike last drawn Salary.

For the post of Storekeeper:

2nd requirement for the Post of: Storekeeper

Number of post: 2 posts.

Experienced required for the post of storekeeper: At least 12 years experienced required.

Job Description:

Site store management & controlling in govt. project.

Reconciliation, stock statement updating, indenting, material issue management and controlling etcetera.

Job location: Kaliyaganj North East.

Salary offered: As per Industry and 10 to 20% hike last drawn Salary.

For the post of Site Engineers.

3rd requirement for the Post of Site Engineer.

Job Description:

Complete knowledge of execution of Government high rise building.

Piling/pile cap work.

Subcontractor billing.

Activity checking during client visit.

Material reconciliation.

Maintain daily work schedule.
