Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Supervisor located in Supa MIDC, Ahmednagar. The Production Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day press shop operations, creating and managing production schedules, and ensuring efficient production planning. Effective communication with team members and management is essential in this role, as well as overall production management.

Qualifications
• Supervisory Skills, Production Management
• Experience in press shop and fabrication production schedules and production
• Knowledge regarding press machine, stamping line and welding process.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Previous experience in press shop and fabrication industry is preferred
