CCR Operator

Job Description – CCR Desk operator for 50 MW CPP operation from Control Room.Plant specification:
1. Boiler: 3x66 TPH, AFBC, under bed Boilers for steam generation- 66 Kg/cm2, 485 deg C, Make:
CVL, Coal based
2. Turbo-Generator: 2x25 MW, Extraction cum Condensing Turbine for Power generation from
steam- 62 Kg/cm2, 480 deg C, 11 KV, Make: 1 no. ABB (Siemens) 25 MW, 1no. BHEL 25 MW
3. Cooling Tower- 2X25 MW Water cooled Condenser, Make: Paharpur
4. DCS: Honeywell, PKS TPSScope of Work:
1. Desk Operation for Turbine or Boiler Operation with auxillaries including CHP from Control
Room, under supervision of ACC In-charge.
2. Reporting to CPP Shift Incharge (ACC role)
3. Experience: 5+ years of experience of CCR operation in Power plant specially AFBC Boilers
4. Knowledge of AFBC Boiler & Turbine operation through DCS.
5. Safety norms as per the ACC standard
6. BOE candidate will be preffered
Responsibility & Accountability:
1. To operate CPP Boilers & TGs within specified parameters
2 Always operate plant in safe manner looking into the safety interlocks of different equipments
3. To improve plant efficiency parameters i.e. APC, SHR, specific steam consumption etc
4. To identify defects & leakages form the system and update to the shift Incharge/ HOD-
operation/ Head CPP.
5. Absenteeism tolerance will be zero for own shift duty. Paid holidays & offs as per ACC policy,
leaves as per Vendor policy.
