Job description

Job Overview:

As a Lead Technical Consultant, you will participate in all aspects of the Salesforce Software development lifecycle which includes estimating, technical design, implementation, documentation, testing, deployment and support of application developed for our clients. As a member working in a team environment, you will work with solution architects and developers on interpretation/translation of wireframes and creative designs into functional requirements, and subsequently into technical design.

Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Follow best practices to create web templates, web and triggered campaigns in Personalization Studio according to business use cases. .
• Implementation of Einstein recipes to display content and product recommendations using Interaction Studio
• Creation and management of Sitemap to capture user interactions using Personalization studio.
• Creation of Email templates using content blocks / HTML and cloud pages using SSJS/AMPSCRIPT to tackle various business scenarios
• Analyze and segment audiences based on the business criteria using Automation Studio and advanced filtering using SQL
• Knowledge on components for personalization experiences which are Audience ETL, Catalog Objects, Categories and cross-experience segments.
• Design cross-experience segments to target users across multiple channels and experiences for unified and cohesive customer interactions.
• Implementation personalized customer journeys within Salesforce Interaction Studio to drive targeted, dynamic, relevant experience across digital channels.
• Utilize Interaction Studio to create customer segments based on behavioral data, demographics, and other relevant factors.
• Develop targeted marketing campaigns to engage specific customer segments and drive desired actions.
• Monitor and analyze customer interactions and campaign performance within Interaction Studio.
• Generate reports and insights to measure the success of personalized campaigns and recommend optimizations
