CDP Cook Job Opening in Kottiyam, Kerala
Five main responsibilities of the job include: 1- Preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality dishes within the specialty section. 2- Assisting the executive chef and sous chef to define menu concepts and develop dishes. 3- Helping with the management of health and safety practices. A Chef de Partie runs a specific section in a kitchen, and report to the Sous Chef. The role is made up of many varying responsibilities including: Preparing, cooking and presenting high quality dishes within the speciality section.
