Your Responsibilities
• License management and support for license deployment across the region.
• Experience reviewing and interpreting applications to determine software licenses attributes and entitlements
• Run requirements gathering workshops, analyze business users' requirements and prioritize requirements working closely with the business stakeholders across the region
• Understanding and have full appreciation of requirements traceability
• Support business in development of Business Cases and ROI assessment based on contracts/licensing models and commercials from engineering applications vendors & software editors
• Work with UAT Business Leads to review or design test scenarios and cases, evaluate results, and provide recommendations
• Working with the Business and users to document test data requirements and arranging these requirements with the relevant parties. And where not available raising the relevant risks with the team
• Manage the license expire and end date for multiple vendors in Freshservices, be part of the team for license renewals, from usage to assignment and deployment to documentation
• Providing clear and definitive reports so that all key stakeholders have a full understanding of the status of Software Asset license usage for planned against actuals
• Establish, strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders providing guidance to achieve the project benefits and business outcomes
• Continually assessing potential data risks and issues maintaining risk and issue logs, and contingency plans
• Produce right fit reports and analysis to the business for his / her region
Qualification/ Certification
Your Knowlege, Skill, Education and experience
• Five years minimum of working in Software Asset Management, Planning and executing UAT, Business Requirement gathering and analysis, data mining or information related field
• Bachelor's degree in business, information technology or related field
• Ideally ECBA or similar Business Analysis certification
• Knowledge of ITIL standard is desirable
Skill Requirement
• High Level understanding of technology
• A strong detail oriented individual and with solid understanding of the business
• Strong analytical skills
• Capability to build, manage license requirements documents and business cases for improvements to current ways of working
• The ability to work with multiple stakeholders across multiple workstreams concurrently
• Must be pragmatic - ability to pivot and adapt to changing priorities or challenges
• Ability to work with business reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Monday.com, or similar is advantageous
• Experience with programming in various language's is advantageous
Communication
• An excellent communicator (Written and Presentation) in English
