Quality Analyst Fresher

As a Junior QA Analyst, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. You will work closely with our development team to identify, document, and track software defects, as well as participate in the overall quality assurance process. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity for growth and learning within the QA field.

Key Responsibilities:

Testing and Quality Assurance: Execute test cases, identify defects, and report findings accurately. Perform functional, regression, and exploratory testing to ensure the stability and reliability of software products.

Bug Tracking: Document and track software defects using designated bug tracking tools. Collaborate with development teams to prioritize and resolve issues in a timely manner.

Documentation: Contribute to the development and maintenance of QA documentation, including test plans, test matrices, and QA reports.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and quality assurance engineers, to ensure clear communication and understanding of project requirements.

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
Good understanding of software testing concepts and methodologies.
Basic knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Java, Python) and scripting is a plus.

Salary - 10k to 12k during internship (3 months)

15k to 17k after internship

Bond - 3 months + 1 year (Total = 1.3 year)
