Job Responsibilities :

Content Creation :
• Develop compelling written and video content tailored to our student audience.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of content.
• Maintain consistency in tone and messaging across all content platforms.

Community Engagement :
• Cultivate active and supportive communities on platforms such as Telegram and WhatsApp.
• Monitor and respond to student inquiries and discussions in a timely manner.
• Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere within the communities.

Student Support :
• Serve as a primary point of contact for student queries, providing prompt and helpful responses.
• Proactively identify and address common student concerns or challenges.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless student experience
