Job Responsibilities

- Managing banking relationships, cash flows, remittances, tax filings in India and UK for family members

- Prepare/review of monthly and quarterly MIS, cash flows, internal notes, memos, presentations etc

- Managing statutory filings / compliances such as RBI/FEMA for overseas investments

- Manage investments in India and offshore, including planning, analysing tax & other regulatory implications, closing legal documentation

- Advance tax computations, tax audits and various other requirements of tax filings of individuals and promoter companies

- Assistance in merger /restructuring matters, tax & regulatory compliances for Family Office

- Providing support on research on various tax & regulatory matters in India and overseas

- Liaisoning and managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders such as bankers, wealth advisors, tax advisors, lawyers, consultants, insurance companies, as well as other service providers

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

- Chartered Accountant with minimum 6-8 years of relevant work experience in finance, tax and regulatory preferably with a leading Promoter Group

- Good knowledge of finance, accounts, taxation (India and international (mainly UK, Dubai, Singapore), SEBI, FEMA and regulatory framework for individuals and companies.

- Smart, energetic candidate with good communication (verbal and written) skills, strategic thinking and analytical skills.

- Executive presence and ability to interact with Promoters, CXOs, external stakeholders.

- High ownership, maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials.
