Job Title : Seminar coordinator

As a Seminar Coordinator for our education counseling company, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing all aspects of our educational seminars and workshops. Your primary duty is to ensure that events are effectively coordinated, executed, and evaluated. You will manage logistics, liaise with speakers, handle participant communications, and ensure compliance with company standards. Additionally, fostering a positive and engaging learning environment is crucial in this role.

Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Education, Event Management, Business Administration, or a related field. - Proven experience in event coordination or a related field. - Excellent communication and organizational skills. - Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities. - In-depth knowledge of event planning best practices and educational trends. - Proficiency with event management software and tools.

Experience:

1-3 years of experience in event coordination or a related field. - Experience in organizing educational events, seminars, or workshops. - Familiarity with managing event logistics and working with diverse teams. - Strong record of successfully executing educational events and initiative

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
